We pride ourselves in bringing you the authentic taste we grew up on as well as the freshest ingredients for the most delicious meal plans you will enjoy. 

Keto Cuisine was birthed in June 2020 when the friends of Cristina Monsalve asked her, during a catering event, if she provided meal plans.

Soon after, Cristina Monsalve decided to start Keto Cuisine, a culinary experience where healthy meal plans are accessible to everyone at the most affordable prices.
